The Regulatory Breach Team are in the process of compiling a sentencing compendium which it is hoped will become a valuable resource when advising clients as to the likely sentence they will receive. 

The idea for the compendium came about when it was apparent to the Regulatory Breach practitioners that previously decided sentencing cases for some regulatory offences were difficult to track down using the usual resources.   
 
The Team are slowly but surely writing up case summaries from cases in which they have appeared but would be delighted to hear from Solicitors about their cases so that they too can be included.
 
In order to make that process as “hassle-free” as possible, the website now contains a form which can be completed and the case report submitted. 
 
Although the case summaries will only contain matters which are of public record, some contributors may feel uneasy about identifying a client and therefore initials can be used for the case name.  We will welcome any contributions and will credit the writer (unless they wish to remain anonymous!)
